Weekly Work-Out Update 09.09.16




For simplicity's sake, I think that I'm going to make these posts a weekly thing. Unless there's an extra-ordinary work-out I documented. 

3 official gym work outs. Could have been 4 if not for an acute attack of "Tamaditis". Was able to do a couple of laps in a lap pool last Saturday which made my shoulders ache. No Photos there so nothing to share.

I should really keep track of the gains and losses I've had.

Still not getting up early. I need to maybe revisit the miracle morning. 


Last time I skipped to c25k week 3 it really hit hard. Going back to week 2 day 2. Baby steps.
