This past week saw an unfortunate spike in Tamaditis. So two work-out sessions were done. I aim to make-up for that this weekend.

Got up late. Had a spanish bread for breakfast.
Tried starting my work out with dumbell swings + squatthrust superset, no rest between exercises but rep count down from 6. I'll try increasing starting rep next time. It was supposed to be replacement for the treadmill but went on that too.
Seriously have to sleep earlier to get up earlier... Or really follow up on the miracle mornings.

We'll be joining an event in October which will entail a 3km run in UP so I thought I'd get some actual real world KMs in as well as hatch a few Pokemon Go eggs so Friday was a jog day.

Walk jog around Ayala Triangle
According to #endomondo i walked 8km in an hour 20. I'm pretty sure it wasn't 8km as you see the crazy path traced by the wayward gps signal. Went around the triangle 6 times though. The first and last km took awhile coz of stoplights and a#pokemongo gym battle. Beat a gym! Hahaha!
On a serious note, got up early today and decided I wanted to get some real world jogging kms in vs treadmill. Time to shower up, get some breakfast and chores done.

I'd always had a pseudo goal of joining one of those public organized runs. Since my mom is involved in this one coming up in October, I'm pretty much obliged. It's going to be super early in the morning on a Sunday so that's another thing to look forward to *sarcasm - Resigned*.
I'll have to add more endurance jogs to my work-outs and preferably in the real world as treadmill runs in the climate controlled gym don't really give me the full experience.
