Weekly Work-Out Update: 09.23.16

I wasn't able to go jog last weekend. I'm aiming to rectify that this Sunday morning however.

Here's the record of what I did this week. 2 gym sessions and 1 jog in the real world.

Tried something different last Sept 21. Instead of jogging the perimeter of New manila, I tried zigzagging it so I would have longer stretches of uninterrupted jogs, instead of jogging on a short stretch of sidewalk then jumping down or waiting to cross the road.

Walk jog in New Manila. Original plan was about 800m longer than this had I not missed 2 streets in the zigzag.
Better then just running the perimeter I guess.

Wound up waking up late the day after and since I was set to visit someone in the area, I went to Megamall for a quick work out.

Was finally able to try using an Ab Wheel I bought off Lazada during the last work out as Slimmers World doesn't have them as usable equipment. I'd use it at home but the floor is too smooth and the wheel is plastic.

Week 3 day 1 c25k, 3% incline for the 2 90sec jog walk, 3mins jog walk cycles, then Max 8% incline for the rest, and a 30 sec 12kph sprint in the end.
Ab roller
10 reps x 3 sets

Chest: 25lb db x 5 sets each side 10 mins
Single arm dumbell chest press x 10/side/minute

Back: 25lb db x 5 sets each side 10 mins
Single arm supported db row x 10/side/minute

EZ bar curls (bar is 15lbs)

45lbs x10 x2
61lbs x8 x2

No breakfast. Quick work out. finally got a chance to use the ab roller. Shoulder acting up. Maybe need to get that checked.

I hope to jog tomorrow morning at the Meycauayan Sports Complex, formerly Commercial Center (which, due to corruption and location issues, didn't pan out).
