08.17.16 Update

I have to apologize to anyone who's cared to follow the blog as I wasn't really able to fill it up after that one time.

Now that I'm committing to a blog entry a day - just to be clear this means 1 entry in any of my blogger blogs - I'm going to be posting updates here pretty regularly.

That being said, just a couple of updates.

So I had originally started my quest to get fit last August 12, 2015. Sad to say that I have not yet only reached my weight goal, I seam to have back slid as far as the scale is concerned.

So to keep me committed and sort of motivated, I'm going to attempt to post my daily progress / steps to progress here by posting what I ate and what kind of exercise I did. So yes, I'm inviting the world to judge me on this one.


Today I ate: too much.
Breakfast:

  • I ate a pizza bread for breakfast right before the run (posted later). 

Lunch:

  • 711 giniling
Snack:
  • hard-boiled egg
  • cheese burger
  • turon
  • pop chips
  • yakult

Dinner
  • 2 cheesedogs 
  • scrambled egg with oystersauce and a little garlic star margarine cooked in the microwave.
  • 3 slices of Gardenia white bread
  • 2 pcs of Hany

Today I exercised: with a 4+km walk-jog
Went for a run around New Manila Today. Here's what I posted on instagram:


It's not nearly enough to justify my snack overload. I know. And looking at it, I'm not a fan of the smile. Haha. Oh well.

It's the snacking that's killing me. I swear. And I'm already drinking 2 liters plus of water to fill me up. I guess I've to start drinking earlier.
