Fitness Update: September 2, 2016

My fitness goals this past month have gone bust. It's difficult to keep a fitness routine up in weather like this, and during a month of nonstop eating what with all the birthdays in August. But yeah, that's just another excuse.

These past 2 days however were good. Was able to visit the gym and work out, no matter how quickly.

Treadmill custom work out 30 mins

Core work out 35secs, 3 sets
Plank
Side plank
Hip bridge

Strengthening 3 sets
Crunches x20
Leg lifts x12
Scissors x10

Superset x4
Superman x10
Pushups x12

Did an inverted c25k week 2 day 1. I walked the 90 secs and ran 2 mins each interval at 5% incline 8kph instead of the opposite.

Stormy weeks and intense attacks of Tamaditis have wreaked havoc on my weekly work out habits. Tsk.

Got up late again. I really need to get up earlier.

Treadmill was c25k week3 day1. 90 secs run, walk, 3 mins run, walk cycle. Tried going 9kph during the runs but ended up tiring myself out during the first cycle and slowing down during the rest.
Had a high protien vitamilk before work out to quell the hunger I was feeling. Dunno if that helped or took away from it.

Possibly dehydrated.
Shower time.

This weekend is going to be a bit challenging though. :-) I've to make up for it next week. Maybe make it a 4 day work out week. I wonder if walking to and from work would make for good exercise.
