So I woke up early enough for a jog, and the sun was out for awhile. I was dilly dallying too much due to general feeling of discomfort, and then it started to pour.
Went out and ran an errand, and it rained, so when I got back I just decided to rest so no jog. By mid morning, I was feeling ok enough so I tried following along with the T25 Alpha Cardio... I didn't fail miserably exactly, but maybe half the time, I felt totally uncoordinated. But I worked up a good sweat.
Today I ate: a lot... but not as much as yesterdayBreakfast:

- 2 tuna pandesal sandwhiches
Snack:
- 1 Saba
- 1 Turon
- 1 order kutsinta (totally not worth it)
- yakult
Dinner
- 1 rice, 2 pcs bbq pork slices, tortang talong
- 1 cup chuckie choco milk
Today I exercised: 25 minutes Cardio
Followed along with the T25 Alpha Cardio. Was doing the modified set as I'm apparently super out of shape cardio-wise. No photos. No video.
Felt good after, but I think I'm coming down with something, and maybe the quick work out made aggravated that.
Hopefully I feel better tomorrow.
