08.18.16 Update: Walk-Jog Day 2

Today I ate: a lot... but not as much as yesterday
Breakfast (post run):
  • 1 pc pizza bread. 
  • 2 tuna sandwiches
  • Soft Boiled Egg
Lunch:
  • Oats-caldo + hardboiled egg
  • 3 tuna sandwhiches
Snack:
  • 1 Saba
  • Apple
  • 1 cup chuckie choco milk
  • yakult

Dinner
  • 1 rice, chicken pork adobo, tortang talong
  • yakult

I don't think it was as bad as yesterday. Could still improve though.

Today I exercised: ... distance unknown, time 1hour 15 minutes
Jogged around Ayala Triangle, with 1 complete round, and 5 rounds cutting through the park. Endomondo GPS crapped out so no wasn't tracked accurately. Here's the IG phot:


I'm beginning to notice more things while jogging / walking and I think I'm going to keep on adding those to my posts. 

Trying my best to challenge my cardio capacity so this week and the next, weather willing, will see me jogging more. But I should try out the T25 work out thing too. Let's see.
