So far I've been Yoyo-ing between 236 and 238lbs. Despite that though, I'm getting positive feedback from friends and family about how much thinner I look. That's always a great motivator.
I've also been getting a lot of likes from random folks on instagram, probably due to the multitude of hashtags I've been putting into every post. To those people, thanks for being my new #fitsperation.
While the week off due to the back sprain and additional intake hasn't helped, I'm getting back on task and on track this week. Gotta work harder and better now that the holidays (and the parties and requisite party food) are approaching.
I'm a bit too late into my fitness journey for any initial measurements aside from my weight, but I'm happy to share that I've needed to get a new belt recently and not because the last one wore out. It was either punch a new hole in the aging leather belt or get a new one. I'm only too happy to rediscover the joy (and practicality) of a new garrison / military web belt. Reasonably priced ones too!
