Personal Commitment: Health (originally from yakaposo1.blogspot.com - 10.02.15)

Hello dear readers, however many there are of you out there. Just thought I'd involve the rest of the web and my little circle of the web in my fitness commitment.

Those who follow me on Instagram @jacebu, know that I've been posting an index card weight tracker weekly every Thursday since my birthday last August 12. It was supposed to be a month long tracker with an original goal of an 11 pound loss. As you can see, it didn't quite go according to plan:


 It took nearly 2 months, and I didn't quite get there, but who cares! Still lost me some weight. Now to keep it off and adjust my goals. So, in line with that, let me introduce the Index Card Tracker V2.


Will post about my strategies to achieve this goal in another entry. Those who want to support me through this, I welcome you. :-) Tips and tricks are more than welcome.
