Weekly Work-Out Update: 09.23.16

I wasn't able to go jog last weekend. I'm aiming to rectify that this Sunday morning however. Here's the record of what I did this week. 2 gym sessions and 1 jog in the real world. Tried something different last Sept 21. Instead of jogging the perimeter of New manila, I tried zigzagging it so I would have longer stretches of uninterrupted jogs, instead of jogging on a short stretch of sidewalk then jumping down or waiting to cross the road. === 092116 #todaysworkout Walk jog in New Manila. Weekly Work-Out Update: 09.16.16 -- Late Post

This past week saw an unfortunate spike in Tamaditis. So two work-out sessions were done. I aim to make-up for that this weekend. Gym session last Thursday went like this: 09.15.16 #todaysworkout Superset countdown 6 reps, switch, 5... 30lb db swing Squatthrust Treadmill custom work out 30 mins Max 9% incline, 5.5km average walk speed Core work out 35secs, 3 sets Plank Side plank Hip bridge Strengthening 3 sets Crunches x20 Leg lifts x12 Scissors x10 Superset x4 Pushups x15 Superman x10 lat pulldown 110lb x10 x2 120lb x10 x2 #fitnessjourney #slimmersworldtrafalgar Got up late. Had a spanish bread for breakfast. Tried starting my work out with dumbell swings + squatthrust superset, no rest between exercises but rep count down from 6. 08.17.16 Update

I have to apologize to anyone who's cared to follow the blog as I wasn't really able to fill it up after that one time. Now that I'm committing to a blog entry a day - just to be clear this means 1 entry in any of my blogger blogs - I'm going to be posting updates here pretty regularly. That being said, just a couple of updates. So I had originally started my quest to get fit last August 12, 2015. Sad to say that I have not yet only reached my weight goal, I seam to have back slid as far as the scale is concerned. So to keep me committed and sort of motivated, I'm going to attempt to post my daily progress / steps to progress here by posting what I ate and what kind of exercise I did.
